Bitters Restaurant and Lounge, owned and operated by the Graduate Students' Union of Memorial University of Newfoundland was opened on June 13, 1995.
Bitters provides the students and friends with a varied selection of foods and beverages to meet most peoples tastes.
Bitters is open Monday to Saturday, serves lunch from 11:30 to 2:30 Monday to Friday and brunch on Saturday.
Bitters also provides catering service to a variety of individuals and organizations.
